All our co-locations come with full duplex 100bt single port access to our Fibre direct to the Sprint/Rogers Telecommunications Canada presence in Toronto. A single static IP is allocated to that port. All ports are actively tracked and full reporting is available.

We do maintain 24/7 network monitoring and technicians are available for remote hands.

Uninterruptable Power Supplies

It is the client's responsibility to provide for their own battery back up solution. While Niagara.com does maintain solutions for the entire network, the client co-location machines are the responsibility of the owner.
